Week 17 - Pitch Deck and Consultation: Suggestion and Advices

Before the actual pitching, the majority of the groups were asked by our professor, Ma'am Bergado, to seek consultation for feedback, suggestion, and improvisation of our PowerPoint presentation. This is to ensure that the important details and information are already covered within the presentation.

Consultation #1: IMPROVE

During the Project Argonaut's consultation with Ma'am Bergado, the overall presentation was affirmed. However, there are several areas that needs improvement most importantly the revenue model of the proposed project. She stated that it is feasible, but there is a need to show numbers or digits to showcase how and where can Project Argonauts earn money. Further, it is important that only one revenue method is applicable, and in this case, we were asked to decide on what revenue model we should consider.

Consultation #2: SUGGESTION & IMPROVISATION

There were changes made in the Traction and Revenue Model of the PowerPoint presentation just as what the professor have suggest. However, after the changes, the Business Model Canvas is also in need of room for improvement. Ma'am Bergado suggested that since there are relationships with regards to the rest of the categories within the business model canvas, it is necessary to connect them through the utilization of colors, to signify the direction and how are the elements related to one another.

Consultation #3: FINAL CONSULTATION

The professor, Ma'am Bergado, checked the PowerPoint presentation and confirmed that it is now ready for the upcoming Pitch Deck. No more changes should be made and the presenter of the team should prepare in delivering the presentation.
