ENTREPRENEUR'S JOURNEY

Throughout my journey as a student of Technopreneurship, there have been ups and downs along the way, most significantly during the times where the team encounters numerous challenges that threatens the success of the project. However, this never stop the Project Argonauts from learning from past mistakes and correct what is necessary.

Interview Phase Issue

During the time the group interviewed random individuals, there have been an issue with regards on how we should question the interviewees and what kind of questions should be asked. However, we were not knowledgeable enough on how to interview certain individauls. From this stand point, over time, the group learned from the mistake and remade the interview strategy. As a result, the interview was a success and a total of fifty (50) individuals including one guidance counselor of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) was interviewed by Project Argonauts, which was a huge success and a great contributor for the future of the VolunPeerism mobile application.

Pitch Deck Preparation Challenges

Despite the readiness of all data and relevant information necessary to be presented for the upcoming pitch deck, Project Argonauts encountered a problem with the structure of the PowerPoint presentation, especially the key details that Ma'am Bergado have suggested and recommended to be part of the PPT. However, this have been solved by the team by consistently consult with Ma'am Bergado to ensure that the presentation is ready and is guaranteed to be delivered successfully during the pitch deck event.

Lesson Learned

There is nothing more to learn other than the challenges faced in life. No living being in this world live a life full of cherries and rainbows. All of us suffer in different ways, and experience challenges in life that differ from others. In this case, the group have several encounters, but still managed to hold on and did all the work that needs to be done. Project Argonauts is a group composed of strong individuals that can push through and fight towards the success of the project.

As shown in Figure 1, this is the initial business model canvas made by Project Argonauts without the connection or relationship with the rest of the elements. However, it presents how one element can directly impact the other categories. For example, Through social events like clean-up drives, get-together events, and more, Project Argonauts can and potentially will gain customers from senior high to college students.
