Week 11 - Revenue Model

During the initial phase of developing the revenue model, Project Argonauts came into a decision to utilize three (3) revenue models: mental health professional through intermediary fees, partnerships and collaborations from other companies, and educational institutions monthly subscription. However, from the team's first consultation with Ma'am Bergado, it was highly suggested that every group should only have one (1) revenue model. Thus, Project Argonauts have decided to disregard the initial revenue model and use the in-app purchase, specifically, monthly subscription approach to gain profit.

As shown in Figure 1, the target customers of the VolunPeerism application are senior high and college students in Cagayan de Oro City with approximately 130,000 in population. Further, the in-app purchase monthly cost only P10.00, which is significantly lower than VolunPeerism's competitors and it offers diverse services that the user can use depending on their needs. For two consecutive years, it is expected that the mobile application will accumulate approximately P4M in revenue from the year 2023-2025.
