Week 2 - Team Formation: The Birth of Argonauts

 ARGONAUTS

"We are the heroes you seek, with research skills that are truly unique. As Team Argonauts, we take on challenges with zeal, using our analytical powers to reveal. Whether it's data or experiments we pursue, we strive to find answers that are honest and true. So if you have a problem that needs to be solved, count on us to get involved. From start to finish, we'll work with you as a team, until we find the solution that makes you beam." ~ Argonauts

Being in a team means everything. From working together to reach the goals, to finally achieving the success that the team desires. According from the sayings, "no one is an island". Teamwork matters when one objective is impossible to achieve by one person otherwise. However, it takes a lot of patience and effort to be in a team as being one means seeing different types of people. But, with great strength, will, and the ability to work as one, the impossible becomes possible.

Furthermore, to create a team means to assign roles. According to Rei Inamoto from 3H Theory, “to run an efficient team, you only need three people: a hipster, a hacker, and a hustler.” A hustler is the leader of the team, as well as the one responsible to keep the businesses active. Hacker, on the other hand, are the ones who handles the technical side where they engage more often in maintaining and/or managing the systems and operations of the business. Lastly, the Hipster, the creative member of the team who does every effort and will to make sure every product of the business is appealing to the customers.

Our team name is "Argonauts." Why Argonauts? The boat made by Argus, the giant with 100 eyes, was used by 50 argonauts to retrieve the golden fleece. The only way for them to complete their mission is by working together. Thus, we, as Argonauts, are dedicated to be as one in working to retrieve the golden fleece we desire to achieve.

Each members of the Argonauts have presented 3 of their unique ideas from the previous week. However, as we delve deeper into finding what suits best for the wellbeing of the people we strive to aid with our future projects, we chose the top 3 ideas based on the interviews we made from a couple interviewees:
